These size and measurement instructions are a guideline in finding the right size..
1. Chest size
Place the measuring tape around your chest at the level of the nipple.
2. Waist
Place the measuring tape and measure where your waist is narrowest.
3. Hip size
Place the measuring tape and measure at the widest point of your hips.
4. Sleeve length
Place the measuring tape on the shoulder and measure to the palm of your hand.
